Cancellation policy
1.1 Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of cancellation as described in the cancellation policy. No voluntary right of cancellation is granted to companies.
1.2 Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation when concluding a distance selling transaction, about which we will instruct you as follows: You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days with effect from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products.
1.3. There is no right of cancellation for sales contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated, are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the buyer (e.g. dimensions, shapes, colours, or changes according to your wishes).
1.4. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact the contractor:

to inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear written declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or email). You may use the attached template cancellation form for this purpose.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
2. Consequences of cancellation
2.1 If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to revoke this contract. If you only wish to exercise your right of cancellation for some of the goods you have ordered, you must bear the delivery costs for the delivery in the amount that would have been incurred if you had only ordered the goods remaining with you. We will use the same means of payment for this repayment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
2.2 In the event of cancellation, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
2.3 You shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (especially inappropriate packaging for return shipment).
