Offer phase
Every project and every installation situation is unique – therefore, our railing systems require careful planning and cannot be ordered in bulk from the online shop.
How is an offer created?
- Send us your inquiry via the contact form.
- Together we will clarify your installation situation and create a detailed cost estimate.
- The offer includes: Consulting on the design and colour choices, 3D planning, materials, shipping costs, and VAT. (Measurements and assembly are not included).
If the offer meets your budget expectations, we will connect you with a local installation partner who will handle measurement, installation, and project management (additional costs). If you already have a locksmith or craftsman, or if you plan to do the installation yourself, please let us know.
Planning phase
After your written order and the announcement of all dimensions, we will begin with the construction and planning. Depending on the size of the project, this step can take up to 14 days.
The assembly partner and you as the end customer will receive dimensioned drawings for review and approval after the planning phase is completed. Only after your written approval do we start with the production.
Production time: 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the project size.
Assembly
After completion, we will schedule a delivery date, either directly with the end customer or with the assembly partner.
The assembly company takes care of the assembly. For projects with multiple levels (e.g. terraces), the material is pre-sorted and packaged in groups to ensure efficient assembly on the construction site.
Special feature:
For larger projects, the panels are stamped with a small, inconspicuous numbering. This helps with assignment and prevents mix-ups during assembly – the stamping is hardly visible after assembly.
