We manufacture aluminum railings precisely to measure – individually designed and perfectly suited to your project. Delivery is available to all EU countries as well as Switzerland. Since this is a custom-made solution, we prepare each quote based on the specific project.

• preferred mounting option (from above or front)
• if available: photos or plans of your property

Offer phase

Every project and installation situation is unique – therefore, our railing systems require careful planning and cannot be ordered directly through the online shop.

How is an offer made?

• Send us your inquiry using the contact form.
• Together, we will assess your installation situation and prepare a detailed cost estimate.
• The offer includes: Consultation on the right design and color choice, 3D planning, materials, delivery costs, and VAT (measurement and installation are not included).

If the preliminary offer meets your budget expectations, we will arrange a local installation partner who will handle surveying, installation, and project management (additional costs). If you already have a locksmith or craftsman or plan to do the installation yourself, please let us know.

Planning phase

After receiving your written order and all dimensions, we begin construction and planning. Depending on the project size, this step can take up to 14 days.

The installation partner and you as the end customer will receive dimensioned drawings for review and approval after the planning phase is completed. We will only begin production once we have your written approval.

Production time4 to 6 weeks, depending on the size of the project.

Assembly

After completion, we will arrange a delivery date, either directly with the end customer or with the installation partner.

The installation company handles the assembly. For projects with multiple levels (e.g., terraces), the materials are pre-sorted and packaged in groups to ensure efficient installation on site.

Special feature:
For larger projects, the panels are stamped with a small, discreet numbering. This helps with identification and prevents mix-ups during installation – the stamping is barely visible after assembly.
