Quotation Phase

Every project and installation situation is unique – therefore, our balcony claddings require careful planning and cannot be ordered as a flat rate in the online shop.

How is a quote created?

• Send us your inquiry via the contact form.
• Together, we will clarify your installation situation and create a detailed cost estimate.
• The quote includes: advice on choosing the right design and color, 3D planning, materials, delivery costs, and VAT (measurement and installation are not included).

If the preliminary quote meets your budget expectations, we will connect you with a local installation partner who will handle the measurements, installation, and project management (additional costs apply). If you already have a metalworker or contractor, or if you are planning a DIY installation, please let us know.

Planning Phase

Following your written order and the provision of all dimensions, we will begin with the design and planning. Depending on the size of the project, this step takes up to 14 days.

Once the planning phase is complete, the installation partner and you, as the end customer, will receive dimensioned drawings for review and approval. We will only begin production after we have received your written approval.

Production time: 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the project size.

Installation

After completion, we will arrange a delivery date, either directly to the end customer or to the installation partner.

The installation company will handle the assembly. For projects with multiple levels (e.g., terraces), the material is pre-sorted and packed in groups to ensure efficient installation on-site.

Special feature:
For larger projects, the panels are stamped with a small, discreet numbering system. This helps with identification and prevents mix-ups during installation – the stamp is barely visible after assembly.
