Offer phase

Every project and installation situation is unique – therefore, our railing systems require careful planning and cannot be ordered universally in the online shop.

How is an offer made?

  • Send us your inquiry via the contact form.
  • Together we will clarify your installation situation and create a detailed cost estimate.
  • The offer includes: Consultation on the right design and color choice, 3D planning, material, delivery costs, and VAT (measurement and installation are not included).

If the indicative offer meets your budget expectations, we will arrange a local installation partner who will handle surveying, installation, and project management (additional costs). If you already have a locksmith or craftsman or plan to do the installation yourself, please let us know.

Planning phase

After your written order and the provision of all dimensions, we begin with the design and planning. Depending on the project size, this step can take up to 14 days.

The installation partner and you as the end customer will receive dimensioned drawings for review and approval after the planning phase is completed. We will only begin production after receiving your written approval.

Production time: 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the project size.

Assembly

After completion, we will arrange a delivery date, either directly with the end customer or with the assembly partner.

The installation company takes care of the assembly. For projects with multiple levels (e.g., terraces), the material is pre-sorted accordingly and packed in groups to ensure efficient installation on site.

Special feature:
For larger projects, the panels are stamped with a small, inconspicuous numbering. This helps with identification and prevents mix-ups during assembly – the stamping is barely visible after installation.

With our well-designed railing systems made of laser-cut aluminum, we offer not only aesthetic solutions but also a smooth process from planning to installation.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von meinem neuen Zaun-Panelen! Das Design ist wirklich toll und sieht in meiner Terrasse einfach super aus. Der Bestellvorgang war unkompliziert, die Lieferung schnell und das Panel kam in einwandfreiem Zustand an. Absolut empfehlenswert!
